But that is not necessary, and you can put in all the vegetables at once in the pot containing distilled water. Set the pot on the burner and put on a lid. Let it come to a full boil and then reduce the heat. Let the soup sit on the burner and simmer for hours. Your tomato soup with all the veggies is ready to be enjoyed.

Lemon has good amounts of citric acid which makes it a wonderful cleansing ingredient for the body. Besides, lemon is a generally appealing ingredient. It brings back the memories of childhood of having lemonade on summers and the fragrance of lemon in the dishwashers used by moms.

Ingredients:
Lemon (one large)
olive oil (two teaspoons)
flaxseed oil (one or two teaspoons)
crushed garlic (a clove)
grapefruit juice (half glass)
orange juice (half glass) and protein powder (one scoop).

Method: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. Drink the mixture on an empty stomach in the morning. It will thoroughly cleanse your system.
